What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be
  • Clone a new vesicular calcium sensor.
  • Express sensor in mammalian cells and test responsiveness by live cell imaging.
  • Culture neuronal cells.
  • Express sensor in neurons and validate functionality. Participate in group jobs and group meetings.

  • Bachelor's in biochemistry or related field.
What We Would Like You To Have
  • Previous experience with maintaining cell cultures, fluorescent imaging, and bacterial cloning.
