Hiring Department Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering Application DeadlinePosted Until Filled Full Time/Part TimeFull Time, Benefit Eligible (1.0 FTE) Job DescriptionThe Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at the Missouri University of Science and Technology in Rolla, Missouri is seeking outstanding applicants for an Assistant Research Professor position in tissue engineering and regenerative medicine. Successful candidates will demonstrate commitments to performing excellent research and establishing an externally funded research program. An interested candidate should electronically submit his/her application consisting of 1) a cover letter, 2) a current curriculum vita, and 3) complete contact information for at least three references. Minimum QualificationsQualified candidates will possess a Ph.D. degree in mechanical engineering, materials science, biomedical engineering, or another closely related field, with at least 2 years of research experiences in the interfaces of these fields after receiving the Ph.D. degree. Successful candidate will demonstrate commitments to performing excellent research and establishing an externally funded research program.
