Building/Grounds Specialist II (Community Events)Required Qualifications:
Coastal Carolina University is currently accepting applications for the following position: Building/Grounds Specialist II (Community Events) in the Facilities Management Department.
DUTIES WILL INCLUDE: perform campus and special event setups; relocate furniture; assist with general and special cleaning; provide exceptional customer service to all constituents, including but not limited to faculty, staff, students, visitors, and the community at large; and perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) and relevant experience are required. Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects routinely. Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Building & Grounds Specialist II (KA10 / 61122143/FTE-S00609P) full time position with benefits. State Pay Band: 02; Minimum starting salary $21,000. Primary work hours are 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Monday – Friday. Must be flexible to meet special scheduling needs of the University.
