The seasonal specialist working in conjunction with the current Professional Services Specialist 3, to learn and assist in the functions and processes of the Office of Equal Opportunity and Institutional Compliance.

This is an in-person on campus, non-remote position.

Successful candidates will be required to show proof of being “up-to-date” (vaccination plus booster) with their COVID-19 vaccine status prior to their start date. Religious or Medical waivers may be requested at the time of employment offer.

Responsibilities:
  • Update, organize, and upload case information to the office of equal opportunity and institutional compliance share drive and Maxient complaint-tracking application
  • Create and maintain statistical information and logs
  • Respond to email inquiries, telephone calls and messages
  • Maintain records and files of the office of equal opportunity and institutional compliance communications
  • Facilitate meetings and trainings
  • Assists with scheduling interviews and other matters
  • Other duties assigned by the professional services specialist
  • Support Stockton University’s diversity commitment and strong student-centered vision and mission

Qualifications:
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with database input
  • Excellent customer services, communication, and organizational skills
