Requested Minimum Qualifications
Education: A Master's Degree in any discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
Experience: Five (5) years of related experience in higher education admissions and recruitment. Must have at least three (3) years supervisory experience at the assistant director level or higher. Experience in hiring, supervising, management decision-making, and team development is required. Record of successful outcomes in the development and achievement of enrollment goals. Experience with and proficiency in the use of a CRM system to effectively manage data and drive outcomes.
Skills and Abilities:
High professional ethical standards and ability to understand and follow compliance requirements
