Exciting opportunity to join an innovative team!

  • Provides administrative support for Boston University School of Social Work's Full and Part-time Faculty.
  • Supporting our faculty with develop, launch, and implement courses
  • Provides editing and formatting support for faculty, departments, dual degree programs, and specialization programs
  • Provides assistance to faculty and department chairs, dual-degree program directors, and specialization coordinators during academic meetings
  • Provides general administrative support for faculty, the department chairs, and dual degree coordinators.
Required Skills
  • Associate's degree, B.A./B.S. preferred.
  • Three to five years of related experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using Excel, Word, Google Docs, SharePoint
  • Strong skills in data management.
