Business Associate

This position is responsible for reconciling department ledgers and performing day to day Human Resource functions.


    Reconcile all Ledgers Reconcile billing Reconcile Procurement Card Receipts to StatementsReconcile Payroll Reconcile Vendor Statements to PaymentsComplete Conference Profitability Complete Internal Transfers Complete all Human Resource functions Special Projects and Other as needed


    High school diploma or GED requiredMinimum of 3 years accounting/bookkeeping experience requiredBachelor’s degree preferred (experience can subsitute for degree)Excel and Word proficiency required; knowledge of IRIS preferred; excellent computer skills; excellent written skills; great listening skills; ability to work in a team environment; ability to meet deadlines consistently and accurately; ability to multi-task; flexible.
