Administrative AssistantPicks, Packs and ships all E-Commerce VolShop products for the Order Fulfillment department. Works with all VolShop locations to acquire product transfers. Answers customer service questions. Provides support for Distribution Center when needed. Performs other duties as assigned.


Under direction of Order Fulfillment Manager, picks order fulfillment orders, packages and ship orders. Also, provides tracking information to customers. Prioritizes all shipments and selects merchandise from available locations to fill orders. Communicates with all VolShop locations to receive the correct merchandise needed to fill orders. In the absence of the Order Fulfillment manager handles all order inquiries, this includes customer returns, RMA authorizations and website-directed customer questions. Completes scheduled package pickup with appropriate vendors. Prints end of day reports as needed for completion of orders.

Provides support for all locations of the VolShop as needed. Duties such as distribution center tasks, physical inventory and any other duty as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Strong customer service skills. Ability to problem solve. Skilled in organization and time management. Data entry accuracy ability. Must be able to work in a team environment.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Preferred knowledge of order fulfillment and shipping processes and methods.

Required Education/Experience:

High school diploma. Data entry experience/point of sale experience.

Preferred Required Education/Experience:

Retail experience in a fast -paced environment.
