Job Details
Job Summary
Utilizes basic IT knowledge to analyze, configure, test, modify, and write documentation and procedures for maintenance of information systems utilized by Human Resources, primarily Workday.
Primary Responsibilities
Provide Workday system support to HR, end-users, and all employees at BYUH
Deliver personalized training to campus community on Workday by phone, email and in-person
Create instructional documentation for end-users
Assist with maintaining the website for the Human Resources department
Create, prepare, and maintain PDF forms used by the department
Continue to improve processes and implement new functionality through research and testing
Test and troubleshoot when errors occur in the system
Build reports for HR and other departments
Maintain data validation and system clean-up
Desired Skills
Strong written and verbal English language proficiency
Well organized and pays attention to detail
Self-motivated and dependable; able to work on projects independently or in group settings
Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe
Previous office experience preferred
Education
HR and any Computing majors preferred (CS, IT, CIS, IS)
