Job Summary:
TheInternal Medicine/ Specialty Services Nurse Supervisor is primarily responsible forensuring high quality customer service, managing overall workflow, and ensuringemployee, patient, and physician satisfaction. The Internal Medicine/ SpecialtyServices Nurse Supervisor is utilized in performing typical managerial duties. The InternalMedicine/ Specialty Services Nurse Supervisor is under the overall on-sitesupervision of the Practice Administrator.

Environmental Hazards:
Possible exposure to hazardous materials, hot and cold, blood borne pathogens.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry 8-10 pounds, stoop, reach, stand, walk, finger, grasp, feel, talk, hear, see, and perform repetitive motions with or without reasonable accommodations.

Education & Experience

Position Qualifications:

Required:
-Current Registered Medical Assistant/Certified Medical Assistant/Licensed Practical Nurse licensure required in the state of OK an accredited school of nursing/medical assisting

Skills, Proficiencies, and Knowledge:
Knowledgeof all areas related to insurance and front office work. Excellent customer service skills and goodcommunication skills. Good supervisory skills. Ability to multi-task whileproviding good patient care. Good computer skills and ability to learn newcomputer systems as needed. Primary skills include verbal and writtencommunication with patients to promote continuity of care and follow-up as wellas daily retrieval and scanning/filing of clinical encounter forms and reportsfor use by clinic staff during patient care activities.

Preferred:
-Previous Supervisory experience
