The Director of Diversity and Inclusion is responsible for the coordination of all operations and activities of the Diversity and Inclusion Office, serving as the primary contact for students, staff and faculty in the day to day operations. The Director interfaces with all BUSM offices at the Director’s level and other schools, faculty and staff. The Director ensures and monitors compliance with Boston University and Boston University School of Medicine policies and Liaison Committee on Medical Education (LCME) standards that apply to diversity and inclusion. The Director assist in the development and manages the budget of the Diversity and Inclusion Office.

Required Skills

Bachelor’s degree and 5-8 years of experience required.
