The Danielsen Institute (www.bu.edu/danielsen) is seeking an advanced practice psychiatric nurse to provide psychopharmacology services to psychotherapy clients in its outpatient mental health clinic. The PMHNP will provide approximately five billable hours of service per week within an eight hour per week position. The position will include both in-person and telehealth components, depending on clinical needs. The PMHNP will work closely with a senior PMHNP, a consulting psychiatrist, and the larger clinical team at the Danielsen Institute. The position includes weekly supervision, consultation, and monthly staff meeting. Interested applicants can contact George Stavros, Executive Director, at stavros1@bu.edu.

Required Skills

Education: Doctorate or Masters of Science in Nursing, with a Psychiatric/Mental Health emphasis, from an accredited program, college, or university.

Experience: Minimum two (2) years of experience as a clinician and prescriber in a mental health setting.
