Description:

A post-doctoral position is available in Department of Microbiology & Immunology at Tulane University to investigate cellular immunity and memory to SARS-CoV-2. This Project is funded by a NIH/NCI Seronet Center Grant. This newly funded research project uses a collaborative approach to evaluate immunity to SARS-CoV-2 in pediatric and adult populations to complement ongoing serological evaluations. The ideal candidate will have experience in human or mouse immunology or infectious disease. The successful candidate will be mentored toward research independence in his/her chosen area of specialization. Review of applications will begin immediately.


Qualifications:

Ph.D. and research experience in the areas of biochemistry, microbiology, or immunology.
