Assist the head coach in all operations of the women’s softball program.

Essential Functions
  • Assists head coach with organizing practice and game training
  • Recruitment of quality student/athletes
  • Assists head coach with game preparation and strategy
  • Organizes and monitors off-season workouts
  • Monitors academic progress for student athletes
  • Assists head coach with spiritual formation
  • Knowledge of and adherence to NAIA/NCCAA rules and regulations
  • Two to three years of playing experience
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to follow directions
  • Strong interpersonal and written and verbal skills
  • Current First Aid, CPR, and Bloodborne Pathogen Training, with acceptable verification thereof
  • Two to three years of playing experience
  • Proven quality organizational and leadership skills
  • Proven interpersonal and written and verbal presentation skills
