Harborview Medical Center’s 7MB- Surgical Specialties Clinic has an outstanding opportunity for a 100% FTE (40 hours per week, 5 days per week) Registered Nurse (RN2) Case Manager in the Kidney Clinic. The clinic business days are Monday thru Friday, Day shift.

The 7MB- Surgical Specialties RN at Harborview utilizes clinic specific nursing process for the broad spectrum of patients seen in the Surgical clinics including Kidney, Urology, General Surgery, Trauma Surgery, GI, Respiratory Disease clinic, Hematology/Oncology, Liver Clinic, Medical Operative Clinic, Hypertension clinic, and Palliative services.

The Case Manger, RN2 will serve as a liaison between the Renal Access patients, Vascular Clinic, Dialysis units, staff from Harborview and outside hospitals, patients and patient families, referring physicians, outside agencies, and the HMC Renal service. As assigned by the AACS clinic practice manager and/or RN3 could assume the responsibility of charge nurse. Participates in clinic and selected divisional activities to promote delivery problem solving and communication and continued professional development for self and others.

Position is 100% FTE (40 hours per week), Day shift

Harborview Medical Center's 7MB- Surgical Specialties Clinic (First Hill Campus)

Current license in the state of Washington
At least 1 years RN experience

An active Registered Nurse license in Washington State.
