Job Summary

Receive all deliveries for Food Service and put the items into their proper storage location. Clean and organize Storeroom, Walk-in refrigerator, and dock. Stack orders on shelves. ALL POSITIONS ROTATE Saturday. Sunday's Off.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Clean Walk-in refrigerator.
  • Prep the Temple, Seasider, and Take-out orders.
  • (Tue/Fri) move trash bins.
  • Lock Storeroom/ Walk-in refrigerator.
  • Assist in putting away orders.
  • Do maintenance work: empty trash, break down boxes, and complete weekly maintenance list.
  • Clean restrooms (both).


  • Must be able to lift 80 lbs.
  • Must be able to read, speak and write English well.
  • Must have a current drivers license and be able to operate a forklift after a training session

Physical Demands

  • Sometimes uncomfortable or unpleasant kitchen working conditions.
