Manage a team of admissions representatives and promote a positive team environment.
Develop community relationships with business and civic organizations.
Hire and train school admissions officers.
Institute and maintain High School and Veteran Programs.
Interview prospective admissions representatives for employment.
Oversee the student enrollment process for the Admissions team.
Become an integral part of the executive management team.
MUST have a minimum of 2 years of experience working in Higher Education Admissions, preferably in private, for-profit, post-secondary education.
Prefer prior experience as a Director of Admissions.
Prefer management, sales, and admissions training experience.
Successful completion of post-secondary education accepted, BA degree preferred.
Computer literacy including working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
