Position Summary:

The Graduate College Business Office is seeking a Fiscal Assistant- Boca Raton, FL.

This position will support the Business Office with tuition waiver audits by reviewing student's records to determine compliance with the tuition benefits policy and eligibility guidelines. In addition, this position will provide cross-functional assistance in the finance and administrative areas, utilizing software such as Microsoft Office, Banner, LeapAhead, Frevvo, Power BI, WebFocus OnBase, etc. Job responsibilities will encompass both routine and non-routine tasks.

Minimum Qualifications:

Associates degree or higher from an accredited institution required.

Effective written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

Effective problem-solving and active listening skills, and critical thinking skills.
The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, flexible about daily responsibilities assigned.

Strong time management and organizational skills, the ability to maintain confidentiality and work with large Excel files.

$16.00 per hour
