- Outreach to learners to ensure a positive and seamless learning experience.
- Support learners via the Help Desk (a direct line and a ticketing system). Answer questions, requests and troubleshoot.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the support ticketing system.
- Create and distribute job aids for learners to assist in ease of access and utilization for the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Troubleshoot issues and implement solutions to CQI within the LMS.
- Assist the support/LMS administrator to maintain LMS data integrity by interfacing with users and correcting profile errors.
- Schedule, change/reschedule delivery requests in the LMS.
- Provide support and service to varying programs and team members.
- Assist leadership with scheduling events, managing, and recording meeting minutes.
- Provide technical assistance to learning deliveries.
- Work effectively within a team and with other coordinators to ensure overall project needs are successfully met.
- Provides internal and external support utilizing multiple systems (Wrike, Microsoft Teams, LMS, etc.).
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Four years of experience in an occupational field related to the work assigned to the position.
- Must be willing and able to pass a complete criminal background checkMust be willing and able to pass a 10-panel drug test
- A bachelor’s degree in business or related field from an accredited institution or 4 or more years’ experience in learning logistics support.2 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite software.1-2 years of experience with a learning management system.1-2 years of experience interacting with customers and clients.1-2 years of experience problem solving through troubleshooting.
- Ability to work courteously and effectively with co-workers, customers, and stakeholders, in team and individual settings.Ability to proofread and edit documents.Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills.Highly skilled in multitasking and detail-oriented.Strengths-based and solution focused in all thinking, language, and interactions.Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees at all levels throughout the institution.Outstanding customer service skills.Demonstrated commitment and leadership ability to advance diversity and inclusion.Ability to coordinate multiple calendars in scheduling.Competent in copying, collating, and binding.Organized in filing and document management/organization.Experience in event coordinationAbility to perform internet research
