The Early Life Stress and Resilience Program (ELSRP) in the Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences at Stanford University is seeking a Cue Centered Therapy (CCT) Program Coordinator at 50% FTE to support managerial and administrative tasks. The CCT Program Coordinator will work with staff and faculty to assist in launching a campaign for the Cue Centered Therapy Online Training Program as well as post-management once the campaign has successfully been inaugurated. The lab is looking for an individual who has strong administrative/project management experience who can interact with various parties both within and outside of Stanford to keep the momentum of project development. It is important that candidates have a strong understanding of business and functional requirements with excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills. An ideal candidate will be self-motivated and detail-oriented with a positive attitude under pressure especially in terms of managing workload and meeting deadlines. Some aspects of the position entail scheduling of trainings and support (i.e., scheduling venue, travel, preparation of training materials, etc.), managing complex database systems and feedback survey data, Maintenance of Cue Centered Therapy online program website, creation and management of program reports (i.e., analysis of survey results, data on participants), and more please see below for a comprehensive description of duties. Employees may also perform other duties as assigned. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Identifying project needs and establishing priorities and identifying and resolving problems that are administrative in nature. (i.e., Ensures team and vendors are aligned on quality assurance testing and processes
- Oversee and/or perform duties associated with scheduling, organizing, and operating complex conferences, seminars, and events, including arranging with vendors for services, overseeing the production and distribution of materials, administering logistics, and managing event within budget.
- Coordination with groups internal and external of Stanford involved with the CCT training program (i.e., CME office, finance department, translation companies, CBO's
- Creates and manage development milestones and schedule; Plan and schedule calendar(s) with limited consultation, resolve calendaring conflicts, and arrange travel in compliance with unit, university, and sponsor policies.
- Excellent writing skills particularly familiar with the technical aspects of grant writing and to compose and draft documents and correspondence for presentations, course handouts, grants, conferences, seminars, and reports; perform substantial editing and fact checking. Create, maintain, modify, and/or ensure accuracy of content in various unit documents, displays, reports, brochures, social media, and/or websites.
- Create reports and spreadsheets which may utilize specialized software and systems; understanding and capacity to manage software and general website updates.
- Oversee, Creates, and/or process a variety of financial transactions; produce, monitor, and reconcile budgets, research, identify, and resolve discrepancies. May assist with capital or special equipment requests and/or vendor selection.
- Excellent Communication; Communicates effectively to the whole team and goal-oriented timelines
- Assists with program outreach; Part of the program outreach includes a large component of program marketing and being able to compose marketing materials and content in social media, community agencies brochures, etc.
Strong administrative/project management experience

Bachelor's degreeEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE (REQUIRED):
High school diploma and four years of administrative experience, or combination of education and relevant experience.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (REQUIRED):
