Position Summary:

The OM&IS Department at the College of Business, Northern Illinois University is seeking to fill one full-time instructor position in the field of Data Analytics and Management Information Systems (MIS). We seek an instructor who embraces NIU’s mission of empower students through educational excellence and experiential learning.

The Operations Management and Information Systems (OM&IS) Department in the College of Business at Northern Illinois University is seeking to fill a full-time instructor position in the field of Data Analytics and Management Information Systems (MIS) begin in Fall 2022. We are seeking candidates able to provide high quality teaching in the areas of Data Analytics and Management Information Systems. Candidates must be comfortable teaching Data Analytics and MIS topics such as database management, IT strategy, project management, programming, and/or data analytics at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior college level teaching experience is a plus.

Standard hours:

37.50

Commensurate with experience, education, and internal equity; position includes a robust benefits package to eligible applicants.

Northern Illinois University is a comprehensive research university offering programs from the baccalaureate through the doctorate.
