Academic Leadership Positions -
DEAN - School of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences – SLASS.

Qualification and Experience:

Ph.D. in the relevant discipline is mandatory.
Candidates from above mentioned Institutions will be given preference.

A minimum of 10 years teaching/research/industrial experience is required of which at least 3 years should be at the level of Dean or minimum 5 years at the Associate Dean level.

Non-Academic Leadership Positions                 
Director, Associate/ Assistant Director.

Entrepreneurship, International Relations, Corporate Communications, Higher Education, Placements, Human Resources, Student Affairs, Physical Education, and Campus Life Maintenance.

Qualification and Experience:

MBA/Postgraduate degree in relevant discipline mandatory.

A minimum of 15 years’ experience is required, of which at least 4 to 6 years should be at the level of Director/ Associate/ Assistant Director in reputed Universities.

Compensation for all Academic and Leadership Positions: ₹ 12 – 36 lakhs per annum / not a constraint for right-fit.
