North Park University seeks applications for a full-time faculty position in Human Resource Management/Management in the School of Business and Nonprofit Management beginning in Fall 2022. The candidate will be responsible to teach at the undergraduate and graduate levels, participate in professional development, and provide service to the university community.

Rank and track (professional vs. tenure) are dependent upon qualifications. Masters (doctorate preferred) in the area of Human Resource Management (or closely related field) with extensive professional work experience required.  Preference will be given to candidates with human resource experience and certification in the field of human resources (SHRM, CPLP, PHR, or comparable), Ideal candidates will have demonstrated excellence in teaching and active involvement in professional or academic organizations.
