This position will provide grant management, administration, and analysis for Gallogly College of Engineering faculty and staff. This person will work closely with Principal Investigators, Pre-Award and Post- Award offices, Financial Services, and the Gallogly College of Engineering Dean's Office.

Job Location
Required Education: Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related field or equivalent combination of education/job related exprience 

  • 0-24 months in an Accounting, Finance, or other related field

  • Advanced excel skills with ability to build and manipulate spreadsheets
  • Ability to speak, read and write clear, concise English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Detail oriented for accuracy of data and information
  • Highly organized and able to handle multiple projects and deadlines
  • Able to communicate well and build rapport quickly with students, faculty and staff
  • Able to produce reports and complete work within deadlines
  • Must be able to read and interpret policy as well as State and Federal regulations
  • Able to effectively evaluate projects/programs and produce comprehensive reports
  • Must have advanced/proficient/writing skills for composing audits, reports and advisories

  • Prior OU experience
  • Prior experience managing, adminsteriing, and analyzing grants
