Job Details
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
•Performs data loading.
•Manages technical systems and operational processes in one of the offices of Enrollment Management.
•Runs a daily and weekly schedule of reports and processes utilizing the Student Information System, third party systems, and from Customer Relationship Management systems using Microsoft Access and Excel.
•Monitors the consistency, quality, and integrity of the data within these systems.
•Performs quality controls to ensure communications and data are accurate.
•Participates in interdepartmental meetings and taskforces.
•Interacts with all levels of the Undergraduate Admissions department.
Extended hours may be required on evenings and weekends in support of special projects, events, and deadlines.
Candidates must be willing and able to organize and handle all aspects of administration and adhere to the rules and regulations of Hofstra University, the Colonial Athletic Conference, and the NCAA.Qualifications:Required:
•Bachelor’s degree.
•Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of applications, including Microsoft Access.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel to present data in tables and charts.
•Detail oriented with strong follow-through skills.
•Strong analytical, technical and communication skills.
•Ability to prioritize daily assignments while handling ad hoc projects and interacting with different levels of management.
Preferred:
•Experience with Ellucian Banner and Slate.
