Minimum Education:•High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.Minimum Experience/Knowledge:-6 months of Customer Service experience in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, guest-centric environment and or-6 months of Healthcare Housekeeping, Hotel, or Hospitality experience-Ability to read and write Basic English. Required License/Certification:•Fire and Safety Certification. If no card upon hire, one must be obtained within 30 days of hire, and maintained by renewal before expiration date.
