Location: New Orleans, LA

Management and coordination of the Tulane Brain Institute’s National Institutes Health (NIH)-funded Program Project Grant (PPG). This position will report directly to the PPG Director and will manage award activities, including generating and overseeing annual budgets for the four Research Projects and three Cores, overseeing expenditures, reconciling monthly account statements, managing contractual agreements and payments, maintaining service contracts on major equipment, and providing other accounting needs. The position will also coordinate submission of annual progress reports to NIH and ensure that all reporting requirements are met, provide oversight of regulatory requirements, schedule and organize all meetings of the PPG, coordinate annual review of PPG, and assume responsibility for other daily administrative functions of the PPG.

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
•Two years of related experience
