Description
Senior Literacy Curriculum Developer and Facilitator will work as part of a research team and oversee the development and implementation a language and literacy kindergarten curriculum in the public schools. The candidate also will develop, implement, and supervise teacher training that is aligned with the curriculum development. The candidate needs expertise in language and literacy curricula development, development of training, and assessment development and strong leadership skills. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Education & Experience:
BA in education or early childhood, or related field and a minimum of five years teaching experience in a K through 8 school. PhD preferred. Experience supervising or mentoring teachers and coaches. Experience with and demonstration of curriculum writing and development. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. 

Required Skills & Abilities:
* Demonstrated understanding of the process associated with child data collection.
* Prior experience with analyzing data
* Demonstrated ability to interact and communicate professionally in complex, diverse, high-profile settings with a variety of constituents
* Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, as well as experience with Teams and OneDrive preferred
* Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously while working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
