This position will participate in the recruitment of potential resident partners and marketing of the facilities to further promote the collaborative mission of the Center. This position will participate in the recruitment of potential resident partners and marketing of the facilities to further promote the collaborative mission of the Center. The duties include, but are not limited to:
- Manage the internal ecosystem within the Georgia Cyber Center to help build a collective community among all partners; manage & maintain a hospitable working environment for all partners to promote and encourage engagement, participation, collaboration, and innovation
- Facilitate interaction with potential and existing resident partners to meet the mission and goals of the Georgia Cyber Center; execute an engagement calendar of planned social events, meetings, and collaborative opportunities for resident partners
- Participate in the recruitment of resident partners of the Georgia Cyber Center to ensure continued collaboration and cohesiveness within the ecosystem; determine needs and leverage common resources and capabilities
- Assist with development of lease agreements with partners, to include renewals, discussion of partner needs, and future space planning
- Work with executive leadership to identify opportunities and risks; Create opportunistic resolutions for the innovation space at the Georgia Cyber Center; assist in programming and future planning of the innovation space to promote partner engagement; act as a backup for the innovation space to assist the Makerspace Specialist
- Support the innovation space through targeted marketing and advertising to promote new and existing capabilities; recruit partners to participate in planned activities; facilitate educational partnerships with academic institutions at the Georgia Cyber Center
- Other duties as assigned
