Training Coordinator II - Social Work Office of Research and Public ServiceRegular, Full-time, Market Range 08

Develop curriculum and deliver training for software and web applications. Provide technical assistance and help desk support.

Responsibilities:

Training

* Evaluate software products and customer needs to create training curricula

* Create training products tailored to user roles and software product

* Deliver training at the group and individual level

* Integrate modern, up-to-date methods of training delivery

* Collect training evaluation information and refine training curricula

* Protect data privacy and security

Consultation and software customization

* Learn multiple software products for simultaneous consultation

* Provide customization of software product interfaces and user workflows

* Inform development team of design enhancements for optimal user experience

* Provide testing and feedback to development team for supported products

* Provide technical support and user support for software products

* Maintain project documentation

* Work with development team to produce effective solutions to technological problems

Technical Assistance

* Provide technical assistance that dovetails with grant goals

* Learn, understand, and integrate grant-specific policy into training and technical assistance delivery

* Provide data privacy and security information through training and technical assistance delivery

* Help desk monitoring and response



Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:

Excellent technical skills. Training curriculum development skills. Training delivery skills. Group facilitation skills. Knowledge of adult education techniques. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to learn, support, and customize multiple new software products simultaneously. Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations.

Preferred knowledge, skills, and abilities:

Web-based and online training delivery skills.

Required Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Training, Communication or related field or four years experience in training delivery. Strong technical skills and demonstrated ability with web-based communication.

Preferred Education/Experience:

Two years experience with online or web-delivered training development.

Must have a valid driver's license.
