Job Description :

The position provides front-line customer service and intake processing for students. The position provides information to students on:
(1) financial aid,
(2) eligibility for disability services and
(3) academic advising to include admission requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prefer applicants with:
(1) knowledge of college admissions, registration and records policies and procedures,
(2) experience in academic advising,
(3) understanding of financial aid processes,
(4) the ability to assume multiple roles and work independently with little supervision,
(5) knowledge of community college programs and populations,
(6) ability to cross train in all areas of student services and
(7) the ability to provide excellent customer services.

This position requires at least an awarded Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited educational institution. Applicants must submit a copy of their transcript, showing at least the minimum qualifications, at the time of application. In addition, applicants must submit a cover letter and resume at the time of application.
