Position Summary:

California Baptist University, an evangelical Christian university affiliated with the California Southern Baptist Convention, invites applications for the following faculty position. Candidates must embrace the mission of California Baptist University and evidence a clear understanding of, and commitment to, excellence in teaching through the integration of the Christian faith and learning. This is a full time 9-month non-tenure track position. The teaching assignment could be scheduled during the non-traditional academic calendar.

Qualifications:

A master’s degree in nursing education is required. Direct patient experience in the previous five (5) years and a minimum of one (1) year direct patient care experience in mental health nursing. Must have an unencumbered California registered nurse license.

Candidates are expected to demonstrate a commitment to excellence in teaching, that is consistent with the purposes and the mission of the College of Nursing and University.
