Provides Enrollment Management support by processing admissions data, maintaining data integrity, and supplying accurate and timely data to stakeholders.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Individuals must possess knowledge, as well as the following skills and abilities or be able to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of skills and abilities. Required Qualifications:
1.Good verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to effectively interact with administration, faculty, students, staff, and outside contacts.
2.Excellent computer skills required. Experience with Slate preferred.
3.Skill with scanner, copy machine, printer, and telephone operation.
4.Ability to handle detail-oriented assignments with accuracy and maintain confidentiality
5.Basic mathematical skills.
6.Good time management and organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively.
Education: Any combination of education, training or experience equivalent to an Associate’s Degree that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience: 1-3 year’s clerical experience.
Experience with Slate software preferred. List comments regarding work hours:
Experience in a University and/or Recruitment/Admissions office setting preferred.

Manages the application and PDF data loads from WebAdMIT for designated programs. Coordinates with Supervisor to adjust data load processes as necessary.Percentage Of Time:
Reviews and processes admissions applications. Enters all relative application information into Slate either manually or via data load. Audits records for data integrity, administers matching process, and consolidates records.Percentage Of Time:
Imports all application documents via Slate. Ensures document imported is of high quality and legible.Percentage Of Time:
Keeps current with all process changes. Assists recruitment, admissions and college staff with any application questions.Percentage Of Time:
Provides front-line support to admissions staff for Slate technical issues and questions. Assists applicants with technical issues regarding their application, such as; payment, login, and submission.Percentage Of Time:
Monitors and responds to emails sent to [email protected] Communicates with applicants as needed regarding their application.Percentage Of Time:

Assists with annual university events including Commencement and Convocation. Other duties or projects as assigned: Director, Admissions Operations, may assign varied projects as necessary.Percentage Of Time:
