Key Responsibilities :

The Psychology Department at Juniata College invites applications for a full-time, fixed-term Assistant Professor of Psychology position for the 2022 – 23 Academic year. The teaching responsibilities of this position may include Introduction to Psychology, Abnormal Psychology, Personality, and other courses in the individual’s area of expertise. Our faculty teach 21 credits per academic year, which can include collaborative research with students through our Research in Psychology course. We are seeking a colleague who is committed to excellence in teaching and supporting undergraduate students within the context of a small liberal arts college. The ideal candidate would possess a doctoral degree from an APA-accredited program in clinical or counseling psychology. However, candidates who are ABD will be considered.

To promote and sustain the health and safety of our campus community, Juniata College has adopted a Covid-19 vaccine mandate for all Faculty, staff and students.
