Professional Services Consultant

The consultant will work directly with clients to implement the Nuventive Platform. Ideally the candidate will have experience with higher education assessment and planning processes to include strategic planning, learning outcomes assessment, regional and program accreditation, operational effectiveness assessment, and program review.

All work may be performed remotely from anywhere within the US.

Responsibilities Include:

• Work with customers to design solutions optimized to take advantage of the Nuventive Platform and industry leading practices  
• Work with customers to Configure and setup the Nuventive Platform primarily through web meetings
• Work with Nuventive analytics team to define PowerBI reports based on customer needs
• Manage the complete software implementation cycle to include pre-configuration meetings, project scope definition, project scheduling, product configuration, end-user training, and project sign-off

Desired Skills, Experience and Knowledge:

• Experience in strategic planning, outcomes assessment, and/or institutional effectiveness/research for higher education institutions.
• Experience with Nuventive solutions or other planning and assessment systems
• Strong analytical, problem solving and solution-oriented abilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills capable of presenting to group sizes from 2 – 30 people at all levels in the customer organization, from senior administration (president, provost, VP, CIO) to faculty/staff, to technical & non-technical audience
• Familiarity with Microsoft PowerBI
