Located 45 minutes from the Nation’s Capital, nestled in a history rich community of Southern Maryland, the College of Southern Maryland (CSM) is twice recognized by the Aspen Institute as one of America’s top 150 community colleges. Business faculty are student-focused with advanced academic credentials and professional business experience. They support academic development of students who intend to transfer to a four-year institution or move directly into the workforce. Faculty have prior business and management experience that provides credence to the learning process and allows students to understand both theory and practice in the field. Business faculty emphasize application, collaboration, and leadership in connecting business concepts with applied learning. CSM faculty are expected to be knowledgeable of learning management systems in addition to face-to-face and innovative technology-based instructional delivery approaches. As such, we are seeking an innovative educator to join our Business faculty. Business faculty teach courses such as Introduction to Business, Business Strategy, Organizational Behavior, Management, Marketing, and Human Resource Management.
