Responsible for greeting customers, taking food orders and completing cash register transactions in a fast paced, team oriented environment. Responsibilities
1. Prepares food items according to specifications
2. Handles point of sale payments
3. Takes and fulfills guest orders according to order and expectations
4. Maintains a clean, well-organized and sanitary work environment at all times
5. Ensures food quality, including tasting food for quality control
6. Responsible for supporting shift Supervisor with ensuring compliance with food safety and health regulations
7. Assists in the resolution of customer issues and complaints and provides customer service recovery per guidelinesRequired Qualifications Educational Requirements
