Job Responsibilities

Administer placement test in area high schools and career centers. Proctor placement, academic, certification tests. Assist with filing and returning of academic tests. Manage testing appointment scheduling system. Call prospective students and schedules testing. Inform students regarding the enrollment step following placement testing. Serve as the first point of contact for check-in. Enter data from all testing platforms. Respond promptly and effectively to all inquiries. Enter placement scores into the BANNER student information system. Maintain strict confidentiality regarding student information and scores. For selective testing platforms, maintain results in secured filing system. Represent the College positively and appropriately at off-campus locations.

Minimum and Additional Requirements

An Associate’s Degree with demonstrated related administrative experience or a high school education and one (1) year of demonstrated related work experience. This position requires proficiency in Microsoft Office; effective oral and written communications skills; sound judgment; and the ability to work well with the general public and other faculty and staff members.

The ability to deliver effective service to prospective and current students in a supportive and professional manner. Flexibility to work in a multi-campus environment with possible evening hours required. Flexibility in work hours depending on testing schedule. The ability and willingness to travel to multiple testing locations as needed. Salary: $12 per hour
Schedule: 20 hours per week
