We invite applicants who can teach our existing courses including Curriculum Design, Special Needs in Art Education, Technology for art educators by applying research-based K-12 teacher preparation models of practice to the practical realities of state licensure requirements.

Preference will be given to an art educator who can teach required courses for initial licensure in art education, assume the role of program supervision for pre-service teacher licensure (art and music), and contribute as needed to the MAE program. Experience as teacher of record and knowledge of Massachusetts Frameworks, and collegiate teaching is highly recommended.

Responsibilities will include three to four classes in the Fall and Spring semesters, field placement coordination, observations, and state-required record keeping.
