Job Summary

This position is responsible for managing flight schedule and dispatching aircraft.

Responsibilities
    Manages scheduling software (e.g. My Flight Train).Dispatches aircraft to instructors and students.Audits reports for flight department.Handles fueling for aircraft.Maintains safe operations including practice areas.Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
    Associate degree or equivalent credits from an accredited institution required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.Possession of or ability to readily obtain a valid driver’s license issued by the State of Georgia for the type of vehicle or equipment operated.A background in aviation or experience managing an operation schedule is not necessary, but recommended.Must be willing and able to work overtime and weekend shifts as required.

  • Minimum Salary: $32,692
