- Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or psychiatric mental health nurse practice, or doctorate degree in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an accredited institution
- Current licensure as clinical social worker (LCSW), professional counselor (LPC), psychologist, or psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) in good standing (any state)
- Must have CO licensures by date of hire. Could be working toward CO clinical licenses during application process and registered with DORA-Department of Regulatory Agencies.

- Must be willing and able to work in a normal patient care environment with some exposure to biological hazards and infectious diseases.
- Must be willing and able to work until 7pm on designated weeknights in rotation with other providers for Extended Hours (currently Wednesday evenings).
- Experience working in a primary care or school-based health center setting using a brief model of service delivery
- Experience utilizing bilingual skills (Spanish/English) at a conversation level in a clinical setting
- Credentialed as a certified addiction specialist (CAS) or licensed addiction counselor (LAC)
- Experience as a preceptor/supervisor of behavioral health trainees/interns
- Experience in providing clinical services using behavioral health treatment modalities to treat chronic diseases
- Considerable degree of independent judgment and autonomy in practice is necessary to monitor and respond to changes in a client’s condition. Clinical expertise in both pediatric and adult careDemonstrated ability to work effectively with a diverse population of staff, faculty, community members, and clients.Effective communication and presentation skills and a proven track record of building and sustaining effective collaborations and working relationships with patients, their families, community partners and other members of the health care teamWillingness and ability to work on a virtual platform to provide Telehealth servicesExpertise in clinical assessment and therapeutic interventions with individuals, couples, families, and groups. Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of primary care-behavioral health integrated programs, including fundamental elements of co-located and/or fully integrated services.Demonstrated ability to practice and lead from a social justice lens, with a commitment to cultural responsiveness and diversity, equity, and inclusionAbility to foster a high degree of teamwork and collaborationExperience successfully navigating program compliance and audits, as well as evidence of billing and reporting experience. Ability to use computer and clinic software, and to document in EHR, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Familiarity with population-based interventions, as well as consultation and liaison skills
- Medical literacy, as demonstrated by familiarity with common medical terms, first-line psychiatric medications, understanding of medical culture, and with interdisciplinary treatment teams.
