Position Description:
The CRM and Social Media Coordinator supports the CRM unit of Undergraduate Admission (UA) under the supervision of the Associate Director of Admission, CRM. The Coordinator will play a key role in the design, development, and deployment of CRM applications and business processes to support the admission, recruitment, and enrollment management efforts of the university. They will help define and document business requirements, develop project plans, build system assets, conduct user testing, and troubleshoot production issues, with a focus on projects related to communications, event management, and other admission services. They will work closely with admission staff and colleagues throughout campus to develop and analyze functional and non-functional requirements. They will work closely with the UA Social Media Committee as the coordinator and be responsible in overseeing the development and implementation of social media content and campaigns across platforms. The Coordinator will also contribute to quality assurance for user-generated collateral and CRM training initiatives across the department.

In addition to CRM focused responsibilities, the CRM and Social Media Coordinator will participate directly in the admission process, including the review of applications.
