Job Responsibilities

Coordinate the flow of incoming hard copy and electronic admissions documents, including, but not limited to: applications, transcripts, update forms, and test scores. Coordinate the scanning of any documents processed in the Admissions Office on Thornley Campus. Provides customer service to students making contact with the college and makes admissions decisions on applicant status, college entrance. Provides support to the Admissions front counter and processors.

Minimum and Additional Requirements

This position requires a bachelor's degree.

Preferred Qualifications

One (1) year professional experience with a purchasing card program including computerized systems as well as experience with an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system such as Banner or Colleague preferred. Applicants must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office software packages, be able to function in an environment characterized by continual changes in information technology, initiate and complete duties with limited supervision while exercising discretion and professionalism, interact effectively with all areas of the college, be able to multitask in high-pressure situations and pay close attention to detail. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills are essential.
