Job Summary
The HR - Student Generalist will be performing tasks relating to HR areas, specifically: Employee Relations, Policies, Compensation, Benefits, various committees and special projects as assigned.
Primary Responsibilities
- Prepare, and contribute to databases.
- Assist with the preparation of project-related reports, manuscripts, and presentations.
- Research current events, trends, and latest on state and federal regulations.
- Perform statistical analyses of data, using computer software.
- Verify the accuracy and validity of data entered in databases, correcting any errors.
- Prepare documentation for review and approval by manager.
- Attend meetings and briefings as invited and assigned.
- Other duties as assigned.
