Normal Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am to 4:45pm
Job Summary: The Conference Support Assistant functions as project manager by assisting Program Managers with the planning and implementation of professional development programs.
Required Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED and two (2) years of experience; OR Associate's degree and one (1) year of experience; OR Bachelor's degree.
Additional Required Department Minimum Qualifications: Must have valid U.S. driver's license. Must be at least 21 years of age at time of hire and have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report that is in compliance with University policies. Able to do some travel, including overnight.
Skills and Knowledge: Computer proficiency of Microsoft Office products. Ability to handle many projects simultaneously. Good organizational, communication and public relations skills
Preferred Qualifications: Prior meeting/event planning. Experience in UA Banner.
