Our Corporate and Community Development Department is seeking a Project Support Specialist(s) (project-based). Candidates will support the preparation and implementation of programs. Hours may vary based on program requirements. We are preparing for our summer season. Qualified individual(s) would also assist during the summer camp season. Duties include, but not limited to, providing support services to project staff, assisting with internal and external communication and outreach, assisting with registration processes and scheduling, assisting with classroom set up and instructional needs, collecting and verifying required forms/information, assisting instructors with supply needs, assisting with communication and outreach and providing in class student support as needed.

Hours: Should be available during general hours 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (will be scheduled as needed).

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma required.
  • Basic computer skills and experience working with children required.
  • Must be detail minded and organized.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION:

  • Some office experience preferred.
