Job Description:

The Congenital Heart Center at the University of Florida College of Medicine is seeking a full-time Pediatric Electrophysiologist at the non-tenure accruing level of Assistant/Associate Professor to join our growing academic practice. Applicants must possess an MD degree, be BC/BE in Cardiology, successful completion of advanced fellowship training in Pediatric Electrophysiology and be eligible for Florida medical licensure. Major responsibilities include providing and maintaining a high level of quality In-patient and Out-patient electrophysiology care. Assist in ensuring that the required guidelines are met for the accreditations for the EP Lab. Excellence in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows is expected.

The division provides services across North Florida, which has the region's only fully integrated, comprehensive pediatric heart programs and the resources of an academic medical center. The center's programs include the Fetal and Single Ventricle Programs, Electrophysiology Program, Non-Invasive Program, and Adult Congenital Heart Program.

Commensurate with experience.

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum: M.D. or equivalent; board certified or board eligible for their primary specialty (Cardiology).
