Department Required Skills:

Required Qualifications, Competencies and Experience:
1. Proficiency in ASP.NET, C#, T-SQL, JavaScript, CSS, and Razor Pages.
2. Experience with SQL Server 2016 or higher.
3. The person on this position needs strong analytical, debugging, problem-solving, troubleshooting skills.
4. Good web development skills using current techniques and an overall enthusiasm for developing and supporting responsive web applications using both existing and emerging technologies is most important.
5. The applicant must demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with both technical and non-technical staff and clients.

Preferred Years Experience, Skills, Training, Education:

Preferred Qualifications, Competencies and Experience:
1. Prefer experience in .NET Core or .NET 5 and N-tier systems.
2. Experience rebuilding highly complex systems in .NET is strongly desired.
3. Front-end development experience will enhance the application.
4. Knowledge of Learning Management Systems and SCORM or xAPI is helpful.
