Job Summary/Responsibilities:The Coggin College of Business Department of Management is seeking a student employee to perform general office tasks.
Student will be responsible for assisting Office Manager, Faculty and Staff Support.
The student will be responsible for the following
1. Answering phone
2. Filing
3. Scanning and Photocopying
4. Running on-campus errands
5. Assist students and visitors
6. Sort and distribute mail
1. Applicants for this position must be eligible for and accept Federal Work Study funding; must be enrolled in at least six semester hours; and must have met satisfactory academic progress requirements in order to receive financial aid.
2. Must have basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
