Job Description:

Pirate Techs TSC Student Technicians are responsible for assisting ECU students, faculty, and staff with walk-in technology support. Our student techs provide assistance with installing/troubleshooting ECU-supported software, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, identifying and removing malware, connecting/troubleshooting access to ECU’s wired and wireless networks.

Preferred (Majors, Experience, GPA, etc.):

Experience with Microsoft Windows 7, 8, 10, and macOS is preferred. Good customer service skills are preferred. It is preferred the student is reliable, outgoing, a strong team player, motivated, and able to take direction.
